Product information "HRP Conjugate Stabilizer"
This product was aseptically filtered through a Millipore 0.22 micron filter into clean, pre-sterilized containers. The product was tested on trypticase soy agar for 24 hours, 48 hours and 72 hours and was found to be negative for bacteria. HRP Conjugate Stabilizer is to be used with Horseradish Peroxidase (HRP) conjugated primary or secondary antibodies or other proteins or compounds in solution. The components of the stabilizer (proprietary) are unique, and stabilize both the antibody and enzyme portions of the conjugate. HRP Conjugate Stabilizer prevents the loss of catalytic activity and maintains the active conformation of the antibody portion of the conjugate.
