PathPlex Panel 8 identifies total T-cells (CD3), T-helper cells (CD4), cytotoxic T-cells (CD8) and regulatory T-cells (FoxP3) within the tumor microenvironment. Lag3 is a checkpoint inhibitor which identifies exhausted T-cells. Tumor cells are identified by cytokeratin.
